As a sales project manager, your responsibilities are to define the requirements for qualified sales leads, initiate and nurture customer relationships, draft sales proposals including price quotes, and help sales agents close sales to meet short-term and long-term goals. You also observe the company's sales process and identify areas for improvement.

What does a sales project manager do?

A Sales Project Manager oversees and coordinates sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and business goals. They serve as the main point of contact between clients, sales teams, and other departments, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Their role includes developing project plans, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project delivery. Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love keeping things organized, on track, and moving forward - even when a dozen things are happening at once? If so, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a critical role in the success of every roofing project we take on. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps materials, timelines, communication, and logistics running smoothly - working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Why You'll Want This Role
  • Real impact, every day - your organization and follow-through directly shape whether projects succeed
  • Central role on the team - you'll be a trusted point of contact across departments, not siloed in one lane
  • Growth-minded company - clear opportunities for advancement as you prove your value
  • Strong benefits - 401(k) with company match, full health coverage, and paid time off
  • On-the-job training - we invest in your success from day one

What You'll Do
  • Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
  • Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
  • Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
  • Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
  • Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
  • Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
  • Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership

You'll Thrive Here If You're
  • Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • A clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-driven, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • A collaborative team player who's comfortable working across departments

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary plus bonus earning potential
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • PTO after 90 days
  • Fast-track promotion opportunities
