As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will:
- Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
- Manage project costs, budgets, change orders, and overall profitability.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, property owners, consultants, and general contractors.
- Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, and project progress.
- Review project specifications, contracts, plans, and scopes of work.
