Job description

Hunt Electric, LLC is searching for a full-time Project Manager in our DAS department to join our team.

The DAS Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget while maintaining quality craftsmanship and safety. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project duration. Project execution should be done within the confines of company goals and vision.

Major Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Plan and define project scope with emphasis on distributed antenna systems (DAS).
  • Strong Design build capabilities with emphasis on distributed antenna systems (DAS).
  • Experience in activity coordination and sequencing.
  • Manpower and resource planning.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Experience in cost estimating and project budget development, and responsible for project financial performance.
  • Prepare bid packages, oversee preparation of project submittals, perform risk analysis and risk management.
  • Ability to organize documentation, monitor and report project progress and status.
  • Be liaison between business and technical aspects of the project with other subcontractors, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Team leadership, assisting with team staffing, the ability to oversee product and supply chain management, CAPEX planning, and strategic influencing.
  • Ability to have excellent customer service to provide the best quality product while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Quality Control – QA/QC fieldwork.
  • Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
  • Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ Years in Distributed Antenna System (DAS) or cellular phone tower industry.
  • Project financial management experience.
  • Hold safety in high regard while maintaining a high level of quality craftsmanship exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office 360, IBwave design software, MS Projects and strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial and project management in the Low Voltage Industry.
  • Understanding of Security, Audio Visual, and DAS networks.
  • Sales, estimating, and presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering large complex projects while running large crews.
  • Ability to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm and Fridays 7:00am – 2:00pm.
