Job description

Our client specializes in market research, digital marketing and direct marketing for consultants, corporations, agencies, and other companies. They are a leading provider of market research and technology services in the United States, experiencing rapid growth. They take pride in their foundation of superior sample quality and customer service that goes above and beyond. For the past 42 years, they have been growing their portfolio and their services range from full service market research to robust digital and direct marketing campaigns.

As a Project Manager youโ€™ll be leading the work of your team to achieve all project goals within the given constraint. Youโ€™ll be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative recruitment/sampling projects, including: fielding samples, communicating directly with clients, managing multiple sub-contractors and coordinating with internal team members.

Also, you will maintain and grow existing client relationships by supporting team members in the creation of client pricing/proposals and account planning and sometimes will program surveys and organize/interpret data utilizing programming software (e.g., Qualtrics or Decipher) and Excel.

Requirements 
  • Ability (or willingness to learn how) to program surveys in Qualtrics and organize and interpret data in Excel
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a track record of high performance including progressive responsibilities focused on project management and/or business operations (supplier side research experience considered an advantage, but not a requirement)
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, manage and effectively deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills along with technology proficiency to support effective interaction with other team members, all levels of management, executives, outside vendors and clients
