Large Format Channel Program Manager
Description -
HP is seeking a North America Large Format Channel Program Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of channel programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for driving partner engagement, program effectiveness, channel readiness, and business growth through HP Amplify and other strategic channel initiatives.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between North America Sales Leadership, channel partners, Commercial Organization teams, and Worldwide stakeholders, ensuring channel programs are effectively executed, aligned with business priorities, and optimized to drive partner success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Program Strategy & Management
  • Lead Large Format channel programs across North America, aligning initiatives with regional business objectives and HP Amplify strategy.
  • Adapt and implement worldwide program frameworks to meet North American market and partner needs.
  • Drive continuous program improvements that increase partner engagement, compliance, and revenue growth.

Program Execution & Partner Enablement
  • Manage program requirements, certifications, specializations, incentives, and compliance processes.
  • Support channel readiness for new product introductions, program launches, and key business initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and enablement teams to deliver effective communications, training, and program resources.

Partner Experience & Business Performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for North America channel teams on program-related matters.
  • Monitor program adoption, partner performance, and compliance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Category, Channel Sales, and leadership teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Category, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Act as the liaison between North America and Worldwide teams, providing regional feedback and influencing future program enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in channel programs, channel sales, partner management, category management, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of indirect go-to-market models, partner ecosystems, and channel programs.
  • Experience working with North American distributors, resellers, or partner networks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the printing, imaging, or technology industry preferred, with Large Format experience a plus.

Salary
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $133,950 to $210,300 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
