Description
As Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement, you play a pivotal role in shaping enablement for Solution Consulting across Infor. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you design and deliver initiatives that develop capability, accelerate productivity, and embed a culture of value-selling.
This is a role where strategy meets execution. You bring project management expertise, structured problem-solving, and clear communication to programs that directly influence seller performance and customer outcomes. From planning through execution, you ensure initiatives are well-defined, flawlessly delivered, and continuously improved to support critical business priorities.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Lead enablement programs that align with strategy and strengthen our global sales capabilities.
  • Apply project and change management best practices to ensure consistency, quality and impact.
  • Partner with sales leaders and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Solution Consulting, Sales, GTM, L&D, HR, Operations, and Technology to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate regional onboarding programs, embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Reinforce adoption of value-selling and MEDDPICC methodologies across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Program or project management experience, ideally in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven success in sales enablement or program development.
  • Track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Organized, solutions-oriented, and adept in managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with sales and operations teams.
