You will directly manage a team, drive pipeline and revenue outcomes, and build the structure, processes, and disciplinerequiredtoscalea high-performing channel sales organization.
This leader must be equally strong in coaching sellers, building operational rigor, and translating channel strategy into daily execution.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage client relationships as aday to dayprimary point of contact; Deliver business reviews, program updates, and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive audiences.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel sellers through daily performance management, weekly 1:1s, training, and individualized development plans.

  • Build a high-performance culture with strong accountability, motivation, execution discipline, and effective staffing, retention, and performance management practices.

  • Drive team revenue, pipeline, activity, and quota attainment whilemaintainingclear visibility into performance drivers and improvement opportunities.

  • Oversee the full sales process from prospecting to close, including pipeline inspection, forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline, and consistent sales execution.

  • Translate channel strategy into actionable execution plans that strengthen partner engagement, opportunity influence, pipeline creation, and program growth.

  • Build repeatable sales and operational processes, reporting rhythms, and performance dashboards to support a scalable channel sales organization.

  • Oversee program operations, budgets, billing, invoice accuracy, incentive plans, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals, timelines, and margin expectations.

  • Use data toidentifyrisks, uncover opportunities, adapt strategy to market and client needs, and continuously improve team and program performance.

  • Identifyand drive strategic initiatives to scale the program, including expanding team size, improving market penetration, and adapting to client and market needs.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Proventrack recordof success in a sales environment, including experience leading individual contributors and/or leaders.

  • Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships and developing and presenting business reviews in live or virtual settings.

  • A track recordof goal attainment in a sales role or as a sales leader across office, hybrid, or virtual teams.

  • Experience using data, reporting, forecasting, CRM, and sales acceleration tools to drive performance and decision-making.

  • Demonstrated success teaching and coaching a sales process, improving the performance of others, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.

  • Strong communication, project management, organization, and budget management skills, including experience tied to P&L or business expenses.

  • A growth mindset and the ability to continue developing professional and personal capability.

  • Preferred: experience launching or scalinga new salesteam and managing client-facing programs.

  • Preferred: background in technology or B2B channel sales and experience building playbooks and operational frameworks.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000 USD

The salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 USD annually. Thispaystructure may also include a variable bonuscomponentof $10,000.00 USD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
