POSITION SUMMARY:

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the hourly sales team   members. In addition, will perform duties such as administrative support, handling   issues and other duties that assist in facilitating the overall performance   of the sales team. TopRx Pharmaceutical has a tradition of   tremendous growth and of re-inventing itself in the industry we serve. And at the very foundation of that growth   is our Sales Team.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

    Coach and develop direct reports; Conduct call observations to deliver in-the-moment coaching and training.  

    Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales team and document individual development plans.

    Complete the standard new-hire training alongside other Account Managers, including hands-on experience with the full sales     process; cold calling, opening new accounts, and day-to-day functions performed by AMs.

    Monitor sales team performance to ensure daily focus and that goals are met; listen to calls and provide ongoing coaching to improve the overall sales methods and success of the account managers. 

    Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team members.

    Train new salespeople to ensure success; train and ensure adherence to sales process.

    Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and assist SM with annual evaluations. 

    Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) one evening per week, providing approvals and cross-office manager support as needed.

    Answer sales team members' questions relating to pricing, quantity, policies, etc. 

    Monitor effectiveness and suggest new ideas i.e. sales promotion activities, such as pre-books, p.m.'s etc. 

    Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.

    Oversee the attendance of account managers and coordination of all requested time off (PTO, EIB, FMLA), and the monitoring of overtime. 

    Embody company culture and maintain a high sales associate engagement.

    Function as liaison between the account manager's questions and other departments (i.e. procurement, compliance, credit     collections) so that the account manager can focus on selling.

Work Schedule: 9:30 am - 6:30 (Mon - Fri) *To include being a Manager on Duty one night per week.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:  Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): or Work Equivalent 

Experience:  Two+ years previous high coaching supervisory experience is strongly preferred. 

Skills:  Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite of products including   Excel, Word and Outlook.  Strong interpersonal skills;  exceptional written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with data   analysis and reporting; positive and enthusiastic.
