Job description

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales and margin results across your territory, making sure we meet our targets together
  • You'll support marketing efforts by helping to implement plans, promotions, and new product launches that keep our business      growing
  • Creating a positive environment that encourages sales growth is key, so you'll lead initiatives that help the team succeed
  • Regularly, you'll meet with Territory Managers to review sales performance and track progress on our goals
  • You'll work closely with different teams like Area Business Managers, District Managers, and IT to plan new business initiatives and make sure our customers' needs are met
  • Building strong relationships with key decision makers and top customers will be part of how you support your team's success
  • You'll use performance data and financial reports to keep an eye on how things are going, develop action plans, and continuously improve our sales operations
  • Managing the sales budget and team costs while promoting safety within the team will also be part of your responsibilities
