Job description

Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Salary: $60,000 plus Bonus   

Location: Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Hotel - Miami Brickell

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives within a corporate setting. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales revenue, increase market share, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Fluent in English and knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a requirement. OnQ PMS experience and/or Hampton or Hilton Family of Brands experience is a plus. The Corporate Sales Manager will also collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and meet goals.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients to expand the customer base.
4. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment in strategies and goals.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
7. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
