Job description

Earn guaranteed hourly pay plus commission. Top-performing Photography Sales Managers regularly earn $30-$35/hour or more through photography sales, team performance, and operational excellence.

Are you a leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales results, and building strong business relationships? Do you have photography experience or a passion for visual storytelling? Mom365 is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, drive sales performance, develop future leaders, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography.

This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a people leader first—someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
  • Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.
  • Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
  • Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.

Who We're Looking For

Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as:

  • Photography Studio Manager
  • Portrait Studio Manager
  • Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Wedding or Portrait Photography Business Owner
  • Hospitality Manager
  • Sales Manager or Team Lead
  • Trainer, Coach, or Mentor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.
  • Experience leading remote, multi-site, or geographically dispersed teams preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple locations, departments, or business units preferred.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.
  • Experience managing business operations, scheduling, staffing, or performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hospital environment.
  • Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
  • Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.

Why Join Mom365?

  • Guaranteed hourly pay plus commission opportunities.
  • Top performers regularly earn $30-$35/hour or more.
  • Opportunity to lead a multi-site operation serving up to 8 hospitals and supporting up to 20 photographers.
  • Camera equipment provided.
  • Fully paid training and ongoing leadership development.
  • Opportunities for career advancement.
  • Flexible scheduling options.
  • Paid medical screening.
  • Vacation and sick leave.
  • Referral programs.
  • 401(k) and additional benefits.

At Mom365, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, build meaningful hospital partnerships, develop future leaders, and help families preserve some of life's most important memories.

Join us and make a lasting impact—one family, one team, and one newborn at a time.
