  • Consult with clients and service team members regarding performance improvement needs

  • Develop or recommend performance improvement and training solutions

  • Respond to and initiate client service requests

  • Consult with business owners and leaders on organizational and employee performance gaps

  • Conduct needs analyses

  • Facilitate strategic initiatives including teambuilding, culture improvement, change management, inclusive leadership, and executive leadership retreats

  • Maintain and improve tools, tracking mechanisms, and workflow processes

  • Facilitate and coordinate training programs

  • Establish methods for measuring business impact of performance and training solutions

  • Execute the level of care playbook as a client advocate

  • Collaborate with team members to create service deliverables aligned with client business strategy

  • Participate in prospect meetings with Sales and Service Team members

  • Maintain a business network and stay current on performance improvement and training developments


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or four years of equivalent work experience is required

  • Three to five years of work experience in performance improvement and training is required

  • Experience consulting with small to medium size businesses is preferred

  • DDI training certification is preferred or must be obtained within three to four months of hire
