Sales Manager – Multi-LocationStretch Zone | North & Midtown Tallahassee

Lead. Sell. Grow.
Stretch Zone is looking for a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth of our North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and driving results. You'll lead by example—coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, following up with prospective members, and helping both studios achieve consistent growth.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want another job—we're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a growing company and make a measurable impact.
Compensation
  • $3,000/month base salary

  • Performance bonus based on studio revenue

    • 3% of Midtown Tallahassee studio revenue

    • 1% of North Tallahassee studio revenue

  • Paid training and ongoing professional development
What You'll Do
  • Drive membership sales and revenue growth across both Tallahassee studios
  • Conduct consultations and confidently close new memberships
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future team members
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build relationships with clients that lead to long-term memberships and referrals
  • Partner with studio leadership to create an exceptional client experience
