Job description

Sales & Operations Managerย

Location: Henderson, NV

Employment Type:ย Full-Timeย

Compensation: $100,000 + bonusย

Serenity is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to take the helm of a high-volume, premium service location - responsible for the people, the process, theย member experience, and the bottom line. This is a role built for someone who hasย demonstratedย they can run a complex operation and hit commercial targets at the same time.ย You'llย lead from the floor, develop your team with intention, and bring both discipline and drive to everything you oversee. Ifย you'veย come upย throughย hospitality, upscale retail, or high-touch service environments, your experience will translateย immediately. No industry-specific backgroundย required.ย

What You'll Be Responsible Forย

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations at a busy service location - team management, scheduling, floor presence, and delivery standardsย

- Take ownership of the location's sales results, setting clear expectations and ensuring your team is consistently moving toward revenue objectivesย

- Build andย maintainย a culture of accountability through hands-on coaching, honest feedback, and consistent follow-throughย

- Create member interactions that are seamless and professional, while staying alert to opportunities to deepen relationships and drive revenueย

- Own your location's performance metrics - sales, conversion, quality, and efficiency - and make data-informed decisions from themย

- Spot problems before they become patterns and resolve them with directness and a clear planย

What We're Looking Forย

- 10+ years managing teams in fast-paced, service-oriented settings, with a background that bridges operations and salesย

- A verifiable history of meeting and beating sales targets - you have the numbers and the story behind themย

- Proven ability to manage and be accountable to KPIs across both the commercial and operational sides of a businessย

- Experience in hospitality, premium retail, or high-end service operations is an advantage - especially where the member or guest experience was the primary measure of successย

-ย A track recordย of difficult performance conversations handled well, with real outcomes on the other sideย

- Someone who moves toward problems, not away from them - and follows through untilย they'reย resolvedย

Compensation & Benefitsย

- $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentivesย

- 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverageย

- 401(k) retirement planย

- 10 PTO days to start, 15 after year one + 10 paid holidaysย

About Serenityย

Serenity is a technology-drivenย company deliveringย advanced, evidence-based solutions for members who want better outcomes. We hold our service locations to a high standard - and the managers who lead them are what makes that standard real. We hire people who know that running a great operation and growing revenueย aren'tย competing priorities. Ifย you'veย built a career where both mattered and you have the results to prove it,ย we'dย like to meet you.ย

Serenity is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion ofย a background checkย and drug screening.ย
