The Position
We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to join our leadership team and play a critical role in driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the business.
This role will act as a central coordination point for several key departments: Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance. The Head of Business Operations will help translate business development goals into clear operating plans, ensure cross-functional execution of OKRs, and design, implement, and continuously improve the processes that enable scalable growth.
This is a highly visible, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

  • Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Operations, or a similar leadership role, ideally in a technology, consulting, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning multiple teams toward shared business goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience defining, implementing, and running operational processes tied to OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
