Schedule: M-F,

Job description:

  • Lead customer onboarding and account data management functions, ensuring strong performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new dental offices and customers, providing a high-touch, white-glove experience from implementation through successful account activation.
  • Manage onboarding workflows in HubSpot, ensuring customer communications, milestones, documentation, and account information are accurately tracked and completed.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to coordinate successful customer launches and resolve onboarding issues.
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of customer and provider account data across HubSpot and other business systems.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer and provider data and minimize errors.
  • Monitor onboarding timelines, customer satisfaction, data accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, and other key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Must understand best practices for CRM and workflows
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and metrics for CRM platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
