Marketplace is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Collectors ecosystem. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build the systems, insights, and operating processes that help our Marketplace commercial team scale. This is a build role. You’ll own the infrastructure and data behind how we manage accounts, track performance, monitor overall business health, and generate market intelligence. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how a fast‑growing part of the Collectors ecosystem works from the ground up. You’ll report to the Director, Marketplace Growth & Strategy. This role may be based in our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ offices; remote and hybrid candidates will also be considered. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in‑person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give the team visibility into pipeline, account performance, key business trends, and growth opportunities
  • Establish consistent processes for forecasting, pipeline management, performance measurement, and business health reporting
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of our CRM, including reporting, workflow design, data structure, and adoption across the team
  • Improve and help scale the operational workflows supporting seller and partner onboarding
  • Own sales data quality and reporting accuracy across our commercial systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and make the commercial organization more efficient as it scales
  • Support the Marketplace operating cadence, including business reviews, QBRs, planning, and cross‑functional reporting in partnership with Finance and Analytics
Who You Are:Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role supporting a sales, business development, or account management organization
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Demonstrated experience building sales reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks (hands‑on experience with a professional CRM system preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Account Management, Finance, Product, Analytics, and leadership
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast‑moving, zero‑to‑one environment and building processes where little infrastructure exists today
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, retention, and other marketplace or customer‑growth metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a marketplace, e‑commerce, or two‑sided platform business; experience in collectibles or trading cards is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • SQL proficiency and comfort working directly with a data warehouse
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, retention, and other marketplace or customer‑growth metrics
  • Experience or exposure to customer loyalty programs
  • Experience as an early operations hire or building a Sales/Revenue Operations function within a growing team
Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$169,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
