Job description

About AirOps
AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.
Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.
Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
About the role
Reporting directly to our Revenue Operations Leader, you'll own the inbound requests that keep a fast-growing sales and marketing org running: routing changes, account movement, commission fixes, form and campaign setup, event operations, and reporting asks. With a growing team, you'll play a key role in keeping our revenue systems running and ensuring the team has the information and access they need to drive growth and bring in new customers.
Day to day, you'll live inside HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, and Crossbeam, building forms and campaigns, setting up marketing events, fixing what's broken, and keeping data clean enough to trust. You'll work with Claude and Notion to document process and move faster than a typical ops function. We're looking for someone ready to prove out the role and grow with it. At AirOps, that means real ownership from day one, not a queue of tickets in a large ops org.
What you'll own
  • Responsiveness to sales and marketing team requests, cutting the time between an ask and a resolved routing, account, or commission issue.
  • Data hygiene across HubSpot, keeping records clean enough that reporting and routing logic stay reliable as the team scales.
  • Workflow and integration health across HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, and Crossbeam, catching and fixing breakages before they slow the team down.
  • Marketing campaign execution end to end: form builds, event setup, and campaign launches in HubSpot, without waiting on engineering.
  • Campaign performance analysis, turning form and event data into reporting the team can actually act on.
  • Commission accuracy in QuotaPath, resolving discrepancies before they become a rep escalation.
What you'll bring
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience in a SaaS environment: real configuration and troubleshooting, not just admin panel familiarity.
  • Experience building marketing forms, campaigns, and event setups from scratch, not just editing existing ones.
  • A track record of fixing operational issues (routing, data, commission) without needing a detailed spec handed to you.
  • Comfort working across both sales and marketing ops, not siloed into one side.
  • Experience keeping CRM data clean at scale and building habits that prevent it from degrading again.
Nice to haves
  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, or Crossbeam specifically.
  • Familiarity using AI tools like Claude to speed up ops work.
Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership
  2. Quality
  3. Curiosity and Play
  4. Make Our Customers Heroes
  5. Respectful Candor
Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup
  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Parental Leave
  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
