The Job:

As a Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you will be a part of our SEF team working as a Hybrid employee. You will lead a team responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll get to:

  • Provide critical insight into sales activity, sales performance, and trends to Commercial leadership.
  • Deliver fact-based analytical support and recommendations to optimize revenue operations.
  • Develop and implement sales processes to enhance sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage Pricing Specialist team and collaborate with sales team to execute pricing strategies.
  • Generate sales reports and customer demand forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Identify and implement sales process improvements, including automation and streamlining workflows.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role in a B2B environment
  • 5+ years analytical experience in sales analysis, finance or sales planning
  • 5+ years of managing a team of direct reports
  • Success in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions, and working effectively in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales performance metrics and KPIs

The Salary range for this position is $115,800.00 - $199,800.00
