Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 total compensation (salary + performance-based bonuses)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of controls engineers, programmers, and technicians
  • Oversee execution of building automation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Support revenue growth by contributing to key opportunities and customer relationships
  • Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and overall delivery
  • Provide technical guidance on complex BAS and controls-related challenges
  • Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, forecasting, and operational metrics

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
