Sales & Marketing Assistant

Full-Time | Luxury Salon Suites | Cosmetics Company

We are a growing cosmetics brand located inside a luxury salon-suite environment seeking a confident, people-focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to be the friendly face and voice of our brand.

This is an active, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems on the spot, and keeping things moving throughout the day.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product questions and orders

  • Ring up retail sales for our in-house cosmetics boutique

  • Support salon-suite tenants and their clients by answering questions, giving directions, and providing assistance

  • Help maintain a welcoming, polished studio and boutique environment

  • Assist with promotions, events, and light marketing support
