Sales & Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads to the Community by creating an understanding of the value of the community through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail.
  • Accurately maintain all outside marketing efforts.
  • Accurately track quantity vs. quality of referral activity, determining appropriate follow up actions.
  • Answer telephone inquiries promptly, providing remote assistance in real-time whenever possible. Coordinate scheduled tours for prospective residents or interested parties, with senior living community leaders.

Sales & Marketing Assistant Education & Experience:
  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, in the senior living industry, preferred.
  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads, preferred.
