Job description

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Representing a leader in the industry, we are searching for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join and support the Sales & Marketing team--assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of tools needed by the sales & marketing staff.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Assists with the management and development of marketing material i.e. email campaigns, social media content, website updates, blogs, case studies, company newsletter etc.
  • Implements new marketing strategies planning, testing and implementing of strategies
  • Manage all branding, promotional items, merchandise, print brochures, corporate qual presentations, advertising, photography, and touch point information.
  • Assists with preparing reports, data, and information for monthly sales and management meetings
  • Updates customer records in company database as required
  • Manages corporate functions, including holiday party, and charitable events (invitations, venue, accommodations)
  • Provides customer service and administrative support
  • Regularly follows up with customers for upcoming job opportunities
  • Supports sales team with research on prospective and existing customers
  • Assists in tradeshow events

MS Office experience

Self-motivator

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work on projects independently, from conception to completion
