Part-Time Sales & Marketing Representative
Executive Home Care of Conway, AR

Executive Home Care of Conway is seeking a motivated, outgoing Part-Time Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our non-medical home care business while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term professional relationships, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
This is also an opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, community outreach, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable meeting with healthcare professionals, community organizations, clients, and their families.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, case managers, and other referral sources.
  • Attend networking events, community outreach programs, health fairs, and local business functions.
  • Schedule and deliver presentations about Executive Home Care's services to referral partners and community groups.
  • Conduct in-home client visits to gather information for care assessments.
  • Assist in developing customized care plans, service quotes, and client service agreements.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners to build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure a smooth transition from referral to client care.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals, families, and seniors.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
