What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the entire buying experience — from first contact to delivery and long‑term follow‑up. This is a consultative, relationship‑focused role where professionalism and communication are key.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Build rapport by understanding needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Lead customers through a consultative buying process
• Maintain consistent follow‑up via phone, text, email, and CRM
Lead Management & Prospecting
• Respond quickly to internet and phone leads
• Set and manage appointments to maximize showroom traffic
• Maintain organized follow‑up schedules
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and repeat customers
Product Presentation & Demonstration
• Develop strong knowledge of new and pre‑owned inventory
• Deliver tailored vehicle presentations
• Conduct professional test drives that highlight key features

• Work with Sales Managers to structure competitive deals
