Job description

Join Our Team as Director of Sales in Chauffeured Services!

At Avalon Chauffeured Services, we’ve been delivering top-tier transportation in style for 35 straight years. From our premium fleet to our standout customer service, we’re all about exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships. We’re seeking a driven Director of Sales to spearhead our growth across our LA and NJ markets.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a dependable $65,000 – $85,000 base salary (based on location/experience, with no commission stress!). You'll have the freedom to focus on what you do best: building a department, connecting with high-profile clients, and closing major deals. Positioned in either our Van Nuys, CA or North Arlington, NJ office, you'll enjoy a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in-office) to keep things balanced.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Hunt down new enterprise business with proactive calls, smart prospecting, and your own existing book of business
  • Dominate Key Industries: Build and nurture elite client relationships across the entertainment, production, and luxury travel sectors
  • Lead & Negotiate: Deliver killer presentations, negotiate high-level contracts, and set logistical goals like a pro
  • Advise Leadership: Stay on top of market trends and provide critical strategic feedback directly to the COO
  • Build a Legacy: Take ownership of the sales function with the immediate opportunity to build, scale, and lead your own department

What You Bring

  • Proven Track Record: Solid sales experience, specifically within the Entertainment/Production, Limo, or Charter Bus industries
  • The Rolodex: An existing network of production teams, travel coordinators, and luxury brand contacts
  • Leadership Vibe: A proactive self-starter with the confidence to work independently, manage a heavy workload, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Tech Savvy: Practical proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office to keep operations running smoothly

Why You’ll Love It

  • Stability & Autonomy: A solid base salary without the commission grind—focus on deep relationships, not fast quotas
  • True Career Progression: This role is designed for growth, with a clear path to transition into a Vice President (VP) role based on performance
  • Impact: The freedom to shape and lead a critical department from the ground up

Benefits

  • Medical, dental & vision coverage
  • 401k Plan
  • Paid vacation, paid holidays & sick leave

Location: Los Angeles Office: 6611 Valjean Ave., Van Nuys, CA
