Regional Sales Manager - Mid-South Region
Based in Texas | Territory: TX, OK, KS
Travel 40-50% | Full-Time
Salary: 100k-115k, based on experience plus 20% quarterly bonus potential
PTO: 120 hours of vacation per year, 10 paid holidays, 40 hours of sick

What You'll Do
  • Grow sales in the Mid-South market.
  • Build strong relationships with customers & distributors.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide product training and support to customers.
  • Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and events (40-50%).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in customer-facing sales with accountability for growth and execution.
  • Experience selling into B2B technology, electronics, components, fasteners, or related technical industries
  • Experience managing or supporting OEM customers and/or channel partners
  • Experience using CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets
