Description
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with proven performance in value-based, consultative, solution & service sales. In this role you would learn more about business, security, risk, and where technology can help solve operational problems and improve productivity.
As a Business Technology Manager (Account Manager), you will be primarily responsible for retaining and growing existing clients. Building quality, trusted relationships with clients, vendor partners and other team members will be key to your success.

  • Resolving client inquiries in an expeditious and tactful manner. Follow up with clients on a timely basis.

  • CRM data management, Ability to build quotes with accurate data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Experience in technology with an understanding of hardware and networks
  • Understand core business concepts, P&L, ROI, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
