NestGuard Exterminating is growing and seeking a high caliber sales person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, relationship-building, and delivering real solutions to homeowners and business owners throughout Hampton Roads. As a locally owned company, we pride ourselves on integrity, education-based selling, and treating our customers’ homes like our own. We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives on building trust, identifying customer needs, and closing quality work, not pushy sales.

The Sales Person will be responsible for generating new business, meeting with customers, and presenting pest control, termite, and moisture solutions. This role works closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess pest control needs

  • Present and explain service options, inspections, and treatment plans

  • Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and partners

  • Follow up on estimates and close sales in a timely, professional manner

  • Accurately document customer information, proposals, and notes

  • Represent NestGuard Exterminating with professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (pest control, home services, or related industry preferred)
