JOB SUMMARY:

Partner with Sr. Manager of Marketing & Sales and various internal members to support, coordinate, and execute various sales initiatives to achieve the department's set objectives for Universal Horror Unleashed. Includes regular development of business summary reports, communication with cross functional teams and logistics coordination. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with sales clients. Actively train client employees in selling behavior and techniques. This role is responsible for qualified leads and conversations for our local timeshare offerings through targeted outreach channels. This role blends hospitality, relationship building, and sales support and execution-engaging with existing owners, concierge partners, local colleges, and military bases.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Sr. Manager to identify and qualify sales, promotional, pricing, and other opportunities to increase ticket sales and share of accounts with contracted clients through direct sales calls via phone and face to face. Collaborate with Manager to support sales volume and associated revenue objectives based on account business model, segment and buying /selling process.
  • Conduct face to face meetings with clients to grow partnership levels and working relationships with local concierge, resort front desk teams, tourism and military partners.
  • Support the coordination, development, and facilitation of FAMS, incentives, and product knowledge training for clients of Universal Horror Unleashed. Assist with sales collateral for UHU.
  • Continue to be well-versed in all Universal Horror Unleashed product offerings, procedures, and policies. Stay informed about local market trends, competitive offerings, and sales opportunities. Participate in ongoing training, internal briefings, and product updates to ensure accurate and current knowledge is applied in all client interactions.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Las Vegas hospitality and/or event industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • LVMPD Non-Gaming Work Card.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Will require some domestic travel.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional communication and presentational skills.
  • Technical acumen to effectively navigate point-of-sale and CRM systems including Salesforce, Delphi/Amadeus (Space Management/BEO), and Horizon/SAP POS/ticketing system is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the Las Vegas hospitality and/or event industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Uses sound judgment and escalates matters as appropriate.
  • Ability to review sales information and support reporting needs.
