Position:Citrix Sales Director
Job Description:

The Sales Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales operations, and aligning the Citrix sales organization with broader business objectives. This role serves as a critical bridge between executive leadership and the sales team, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Planning and Sales Forecasting

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to company objectives and market opportunities

  • Set sales targets and quotas, and deliver accurate annual and quarterly revenue forecasts

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle

  • Leverage pipeline insights to ensure predictable revenue and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities

Strategic Execution

  • Drive execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand market share

  • Align sales motions with evolving market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and Citrix priorities

  • Establish and manage performance metrics, budgets, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and teams to achieve performance objectives

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales, with preference for Citrix or adjacent technologies

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$191,300.00 - $306,434.70
