Key Responsibilities

Define and execute effective commercial strategies to meet—and exceed—the sales objectives for the Paint division.

Support the development of markets outside Quebec.

Team Management

Lead, train, and coach the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

Market Expansion & Prospection

Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Product Expertise

Acquire an in-depth understanding of our paint product lines to support the sales team and provide outstanding customer service.

Work closely with the marketing and production departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals.

Performance Tracking

Analyze sales results, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications
