About the Role
The Sales Development Representative helps Clicklease grow by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners and customers for the sales organization.

The Team
You'll join a collaborative Business Development team focused on driving pipeline growth and helping small businesses access financing solutions that support their success. The team works closely with Account Executives and leadership to create strong prospect experiences and generate meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria.
  • Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives.
  • Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels.
  • Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Communicate Clicklease's value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners.

What You Have
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels.
  • Experience using CRM software in a professional environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah four days per week.
  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
