We're the AI revenue engine for essential services businesses — the backbone of the American economy. We've helped customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across service industries, with some companies now operating entirely AI-first on our platform.

About the Role We're hiring our founding SDR class — and this isn't a typical SDR gig. No spray-and-pray outreach, no vanity activity metrics. You'll build qualified pipeline with some of the largest essential and consumer service businesses in the country through deep research, sharp points of view, and executive-level communication.

What You'll Do

  • Generate real enterprise pipeline with target accounts
  • Research accounts deeply — ownership, ops, leadership, tech stack, priorities
  • Build sharp, specific points of view on why we matter to each business
  • Become an expert on our product, market, and competitive landscape
  • Help build the outbound engine alongside Marketing, AEs, and GTM Engineering
  • Represent the company at a high standard in every interaction

Who You Are

  • Track record of high performance in sales, athletics, academics, or another competitive arena
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator
  • Obsessively curious about how businesses operate
  • Fast learner who takes direct feedback and applies it immediately
  • Executive presence and strong judgment on where to spend time
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to create pipeline
  • Team-first, full ownership mindset

Prior SDR/BDR experience helps — but raw ability, learning agility, and demonstrated excellence matter more.
