Job description

We're looking for a friendly, organized Generator Sales Development Representative to support our busy generator department. This person will be an important part of the customer experience, helping schedule sales appointments, communicate with potential customers, support our sales team, and manage a high volume of incoming calls. Our office is fast paced, but we work together, support one another, and have a lot of fun along the way. Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high-volume of incoming calls and direct customers to the right team member
  • Schedule generator sales appointments
  • Communicate with customers before their appointments
  • Help the sales team prepare paperwork and customer information
  • Make follow-up and quality assurance calls
  • Update customer records and appointment notes
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum two years in administrative position is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Acrobat.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team-player attitude, can do approach.
  • Ability to work with office staff, sales people, technicians and customers.
