Job description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualifications.
This fully remote role includes a 90-day ramp period, during which new hires will complete onboarding, training, and demonstrate core skills. During this period, performance is key to advancing into an Account Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
  • Utilize a B2B sales intelligence & engagement platform to find, connect with, and convert potential customers.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (outbound calls & emails) to engage with leads.
  • Manage a high volume of daily activities to achieve booked meetings goals.

Lead Qualification & Meeting Setting
  • Schedule discovery meetings to better qualify leads to understanding their challenges and needs.
  • Complete discovery worksheets to access fit based on established qualification criteria.
  • Book CNA meetings for qualified prospects to the assigned AEs in that market.

Pipeline Development
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified meetings booked.
  • Follow up persistently with prospects while maintaining professionalism.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects that are not ready to buy immediately.

Continuous Learning
  • Develop a deep understanding of Beasley's brands and digital channels.
  • Stay current on digital media and advertising industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, sales development, or inside sales.
  • Proficiency using CRM tools and experience using sales enablement software.
  • Familiarity with advertising and digital marketing solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
