What You'll Be Part Of:

iSpot is changing how brands, agencies and networks measure and assess the impact of TV advertising. iSpot connects TV advertising to actual business outcomes, empowering the world's top brands to plan, measure and optimize their TV campaigns and understand the influence they have on driving business growth.

iSpot is building a sales development team to help expand our presence in the US market. Sales development representatives are responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and developing leads that feed into the sales pipeline for sales executives to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading sales prospecting efforts, including research, outreach, follow-through, and handoff to the sales team
  • Generate inbound/outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline via phone and email communications
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Ensure CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Accounts) is up-to-date and accurate
  • Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the iSpot technology, industry trends, and competition
  • Develop highly scalable sales skills and a knowledge of media and TV advertising

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in sales, prospecting or similar role
  • Extremely competitive, desire to win no matter what attitude
  • Outbound cold calling experience is a huge plus
  • Understanding of tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator

Preferred Skills:

  • Prospecting & Cold Calling: Ability to research potential target accounts, find decision-makers, and initiate contact via phone, email, and social media
  • Lead Qualification: Experience evaluating prospects against lead criteria (such as budget, authority, need, and timeline) to make sure they're worth an Account Executive's time.
  • Discovery & Active Listening: Asking targeted questions to uncover customer pain points rather than pitching blindly.

Additional Notes:

Target base cash compensation range: $60,000- 70,000 USD Annually

This role's variable compensation is based on quarterly targets and is paid quarterly at an 80/20 base/variable split.

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot's equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
