Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 - based on experience

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) at our New York City office.

The Sales Development Representative is an early-career, junior sales role designed to support the sales organization while developing the skills, experience, and market knowledge required to advance into a Sales Representative position. This role plays a critical part in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development, while also providing sales execution and administrative support to assigned sales representatives and sales leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of new customers
  • Outbound and inbound outreach to prospective customers
  • CRM tracking and pipeline support
  • Quote preparation and RFP/RFP coordination
  • Credit approval and internal coordination
  • Customer and manufacturing liaison support

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales support, sales development, customer service, or administrative roles preferred; B2B corporate sales experience a plus.
  • Strong interest in a sales career with the ability to conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging customers via phone and email. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools preferred. Customer-focused team player with the ability to learn and apply product, pricing, and process knowledge to support sales activities.
