Sales Development Representative

Mission

Drive strategic outbound prospecting with a hunter mentality to expand business within Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. As a key player in our go-to-market team, you will master and execute targeted sales plays, leveraging AI-powered tools and intent data to generate high-quality, meaningful pipeline through ABM, outbound, and multi-threading strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain a high volume of quality activity, including 80+ calls per day, while achieving strong performance metrics including connect rates, meaningful conversations, email reply rates, and meeting conversion rates.
  • Book qualified meetings that convert into pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Leverage AI-powered sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, personalize outreach at scale, and identify high-intent signals.
  • Research and identify key personas within target accounts to develop hyper-personalized outreach strategies.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach including cold calling, email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to meticulously execute coordinated sales plays and outbound campaigns, ensuring tight alignment and rapid feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM with detailed prospect notes, activities, and account intelligence.
  • Own the pipeline generation goals for your assigned Enterprise and Strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in an outbound prospecting role.
  • Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies.
  • A highly motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of your results, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to leverage AI and modern sales technology (e.g., AI assistants, intent data platforms, sales engagement tools) to work smarter and more effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A true hunter mentality with a relentless drive to exceed targets.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • SDR Task management tool experience (Outreach.io preferred).
  • Fluent English (a second language is a plus).
