Full-Time | Career Growth Opportunity

GTR is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Management Associate to work directly alongside our Sales Manager and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, account management, and business development while gaining exposure to recruiting, client service, and staffing operations.



Responsibilities

  • Research prospective clients and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records
  • Support business development and lead generation efforts
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
  • Attend client visits and sales meetings
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices
  • Support client communication and relationship management
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts
