What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with customers both in-person and online.
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
  • Help customers find the Chevrolet, Cadillac, Subaru, or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchase process from introduction to delivery.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and financing options.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to create lifelong relationships.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, dealership events, and team meetings.
  • Work alongside finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
