Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Full-time, on-site (hybrid — 2 days WFH once fully trained)

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units
• Drive cash flow optimization and investment planning initiatives
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making

• ERP or accounting system implementation experience strongly preferred
• CPA preferred but not required
