The Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Controller to help safeguard the quality and integrity of our growing sales force. Working within Sales Controlling & Analytics, you will make sure that every new Relationship Manager meets EXANTE's standards - from the moment they apply through to their earliest performance on the desk.

The role suits someone analytical and detail-driven who can move independently from assessment to insight, and who wants to shape how a fast-expanding brokerage builds its sales talent.

Reporting Line - Head of Sales Controlling & Analytics

Worksite: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (options vary by location)

What you'll do

Assess candidate applications and business plans against EXANTE standards
Ensure quality assurance throughout the onboarding of new Relationship Managers
Evaluate early-stage Relationship Manager performance and flag risks and outliers
Identify potential in prospective future Relationship Managers
Maintain the dashboards, KPIs and reporting that keep sales quality visible across the function

What you'll bring

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced level)
Business Intelligence (BI) experience preferred
Experience with AI preferred
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and turn data into clear, practical conclusions
Good understanding of financial platforms and sales operations is a plus
