Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and helping expand our footprint in the skilled labor staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and an understanding of staffing solutions or the skilled trades industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, in-person meetings, and digital outreach
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
  3. Conduct needs assessments to understand client staffing requirements and propose tailored workforce solutions
