Description

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting a Senior Account Executive (SAE) by helping drive client experience, marketing initiatives, and overall business growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative problem-solver who enjoys dynamic work and loves that every day brings something new. You'll work closely with the SAE to support their book of business, strengthen client relationships, and bring thoughtful marketing and outreach campaigns to life.


This role is well suited for an entry-level professional and offers exposure to litigation, sales, CRM (Salesforce) coordination, research, and creative marketing execution, with opportunities to contribute strategically as you learn a unique and complex business.


SALES ASSISTANT ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAE Admin & Marketing Support (Remote 95%)

-CRM & Task Management in Salesforce

  • Support day-to-day administrative needs including contact and job assignment requests, and database upkeep
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles
  • Create follow-up tasks, log meeting notes, and track client interactions and activity
  • Generate Salesforce reports to identify trends and segment clientele, including top clients, decreasing accounts, and prospects
  • Proactively catch leads, tasks and events needing SAE's attention to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

-Research & Marketing Support

  • Conduct research on law firms, decision-makers, and industry news using platforms like LinkedIn, Law360, and legal journals
  • Set up and monitor docket alerts for key accounts
  • Support outbound marketing campaigns including e-blasts, drip campaigns, and strategic client mailings
  • Track and assist with lead generation efforts across multiple platforms
  • Help create memorable client experiences by preparing and sending gifts, handwritten notes, and swag for targeted campaigns (onboarding, holidays, client check-ins, etc.)

-Administrative Tasks

  • Coordinate calendar appointments, client meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports accurately and on time
  • Manage logistics such as restaurant reservations, gift packing, shipping, and event support
  • Maintain relationships with vendors for gifting and swag to ensure timely delivery and quality 

In Person Client Interaction (Approx. 5%)

  • Professionally handle occasional client check-ins or quick requests as delegated by the SAE
  • Attend sponsorship events, lunch-and-learns, and other client-facing events
  • Collaborate with back office on coverage issues, billing inquiries, or troubleshooting
  • Ensure timely follow-through and client responsiveness on delegated follow-up tasks

$23.00 - $24.04 per hour
