Job description

Who We Are

At Ashtel Studios, we don’t just make products, we build brands that win on shelf.
Over the past 20+ years, we’ve grown into a multi-brand consumer goods company with products in major retailers across the U.S. and beyond. From oral care to baby, personal care, and beyond, our focus is simple: create fun, design-forward products that drive real results for our retail partners.
We were proud to be named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America, but what matters more is how we got here, through relentless execution, strong partnerships, and a team that shows up every day ready to solve problems and move fast.
Our culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and high-performance. If you like being in the middle of the action and making a real impact, you’ll fit right in.
The Role: Your Mission

This is not a typical admin role.
Your job is to make our sales team more effective, more prepared, and more focused on what they do best: selling.
You will own everything behind the scenes so our reps can walk into every meeting fully prepared, organized, and ready to win business. You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps deals moving and nothing slipping through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales Enablement & Preparation

  • Prepare sales reps for meetings: presentations, product info, pricing, and key talking points
  • Ensure all follow-ups, samples, and materials are ready before meetings happen
  • Track open opportunities and keep reps aligned on next steps
Execution & Follow-Through

  • Own day-to-day follow-ups with buyers and internal teams
  • Manage order status, sample requests, and timelines
  • Ensure nothing falls behind—ever
Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics
  • Communicate product requirements, timelines, and updates clearly across teams
  • Help bring new products to market smoothly by keeping everyone aligned
Customer & Account Support

  • Assist with onboarding new customers and completing required documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Help resolve issues related to orders, logistics, or product questions
Documentation & Organization

  • Maintain clean, accurate sales records, contracts, and proposals
  • Track key data and ensure information is always up to date
  • Build systems that make the sales process faster and more efficient
What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - you don’t let things fall through the cracks
  • Proactive mindset - you solve problems before they become issues
  • Strong communicator - you can work across teams and keep everyone aligned
  • Fast-paced executor - you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Team-first mentality - you take pride in helping others succeed
Bonus if you have:

  • Experience supporting a sales team in a consumer goods or retail environment
  • Familiarity with working with major retailers (Walmart, Target, etc.)
  • Experience with order tracking, logistics coordination, or product launches
Why This Role Matters

Our sales team is responsible for driving millions in revenue and expanding our presence across major retailers.
Your role is to unlock their full potential.

When you do your job well:
  • Sales reps spend more time selling
  • Deals move faster
  • Retail partners get better experience
  • The company grows faster
This is a role where your impact is direct, visible, and meaningful.
Why Join Ashtel

  • Be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company
  • Work closely with leadership and high-performing sales teams
  • See your work directly impact major retail wins
  • Grow your career in a company that promotes from within
