This position reports to:
Order Execution Manager
The Sales Operations Analyst - Tools and Processes is a strategic role responsible for driving operational excellence across sales and order execution functions. This position focuses on enhancing customer experience visibility, building sales intelligence capabilities, streamlining processes, enabling automation, and optimizing digital tools to support scalable, efficient operations.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid in New Berlin, WI.
Your role and responsibilities:
  • Streamline opportunity to cash process to increase efficiency, reduce errors, rework, and ensure audit-ready processes.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to improve collaboration and reduce manual work in systems and workflows and translate needs in solutions.
  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards. Analyze large amounts of information to discover and report on trends and patterns.
  • Identify and build automation solutions such as SharePoint lists, Power Automate flows, Power Apps to support the streamlining of processes and enhancing of productivity.
  • Own MOHP Opportunity to Cash software ecosystem - drive tool adoption & optimization: lead testing, validating, train and support employees to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption, escalate issues and work with local and global software.
  • Enable AI adoption by automating repetitive tasks.
  • Define and document key Sales and Order Execution processes; establish SOPs and process ownership with global alignment.

Qualifications for the role:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Operations or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, customer experience or process improvement roles.
  • Proficient technical skills. Experience with Power BI or Tableau, low code platforms is a must. ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented, efficiency driven.
  • Strong skills in process mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals in all levels of the organization and influence key stakeholders.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
