We're looking for a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint across North America. We're looking for a hunter—someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping contractors grow their businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and develop new contractor, distributor, and dealer relationships
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, trade shows, and industry events
  • Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Work closely with contractors to provide product recommendations and technical solutions
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Represent the company at industry events, training seminars, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive growth initiatives

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Experience in sales, business development, construction materials, coatings, flooring, or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Organized, professional, and results-oriented
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Performance bonuses
  • Opportunity for career advancement
  • Industry-leading products and a growing brand
  • Supportive team culture with a modern approach to sales and marketing
  • Travel opportunities and industry networking

Who We Are:

We're not your typical coatings company. We combine innovative products, modern marketing through influencer collaborations, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset to help contractors and installers build successful businesses. If you're looking for an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your income and career growth, we'd love to talk.

Ready to build something big?
