Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a database of active leads and build relationships with those leads
  • Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet Commercial Sales goals
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
  • Engages in business development
  • Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Address customer concerns
  • Ensure quality deliveries of all fleet sales
  • Engage customer after a sale for follow-up
  • Other job duties as assigned by your manager

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales a plus but not necessary
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential
  • Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
  • Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
