Earn great pay plus performance incentives as a Guest Service Sales Associate at PROSE NAILS, the nation’s leading expert in healthy and beautiful hands + feet care! We are now hiring for our Wyckoff, NJ location. Located in Bergen County, our center is beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean and practices medical grade sanitation. 
Requirements
  • MUST be able to work every Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 am to 5 pm. Flexibility to work sometimes 1-2 weekdays and previous sales experience a plus. 
  • Must be professional, outgoing, friendly, upbeat, and personable. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. 
  • Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment. 
  • Comfortable working on computers, knowledge of Zenoti Point-of-Sales a plus.
  • Have reliable transportation. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Greet guests as they arrive at the salon.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our computerized Point-of-Sales system.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services.
  • Educating Guests on PROSE NAILS membership savings plans and special promotions.
