Job Summary
Shortys GoodTimes Bar is your neighborhood spot for ice-cold drinks, wall-to-wall TVs and old-school entertainment that keeps the party going. From duckpin bowling, pinball and shuffleboard at North Shore to dartboards, karaoke and XL Connect Four at Waterfront, both locations serve up a laid-back vibe with a side of competition. Whether youre catching the game, grabbing a beer, or jumping into a round of foosball, theres always a good time waiting at Shortys.
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop short and long-term goals and for the restaurant
  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
  • Building a culture of genuine hospitality

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
