Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive Company Culture
- Develop short and long-term goals and for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- High Customer Service Standards
- Handling feedback with constructive, professional responses and feedback
- Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- Building a culture of genuine hospitality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OpenTable, TripleSeat, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
