Role Description The Business Development Representative at Beagle is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This position is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The role includes managing a pipeline of prospective property management clients, following up on inbound inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The representative will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support revenue growth initiatives. Success in this role involves consistently meeting activity targets, building strong professional relationships, and clearly communicating the value of Beagle’s platform to potential customers.
Qualifications
  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Business Development experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and move deals forward.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms; ability to analyze basic sales metrics and reports.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience selling B2B SaaS or solutions to property managers or in real estate/insurance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
